Artists

Daisi works with talented, professional artists across all art forms – from animation and environmental sculpture through to music, dance, drama, visual arts and literature – to bring high-quality, creative and exciting experiences into a broad range of settings across Torbay and Devon (and beyond), in schools and in non-formal settings.

Daisi is committed to enhancing our relationship with artists, increasing dialogue, models of partnership, and learning and support opportunities. If you become a Daisi registered artist Daisi can:

  • match you to projects in response to enquiries from schools, cultural organisations and community groups. Daisi supports both you and the setting through the process of planning and delivering work with young people
  • offer you opportunities to work on strategic partnership projects
  • assist you to develop suitable workshops for specific groups of young people, and to promote your ideas to settings
  • provide you with regular information on local training, support and development opportunities and work opportunities
  • offer networking and peer-peer learning opportunities through our Daisi Artists’ Exchange events
