Lost Killerton

Local Children learn about their heritage whilst exploring new art forms.

LOST KILLERTON is a self-guided trail through the National Trust garden and parkland at  Killerton, taking in historic and hidden features. The experience will focus on the site of the unfinished house designed by James Wyatt for Thomas Acland 7th Baronet as well as other lost structures. Daisi is working with seven primary schools in the Clyst Vale Learning Community – Rockbeare, Stoke Canon, Clyst St Mary, Clyst St George, Whimple, Silverton and Broadclyst – to support them to make a contribution to the trail. Artists Lucy Jackson, Rupert Jonstone, Sarah Webb, Beverley Lumley and Anne- Marie Moss are working with selected groups of children to make art works which will be displayed along the route. The work is on show from 19th July until September 2017.
