Lyndon tailors the content of his music workshops to the specific group or individual that he is working with, but he normally concentrates on intuitive music making, pulse and rhythm and how music influences mood and emotion.

His background is in West African percussion, and he grew up in West Africa, so he often uses rhythms from this part of the world within his practice, explaining their cultural context and stories behind them. Polyrhythmic drumming is also a great tool for teaching communication skills within groups. He also spent 2 years working with a handpan maker, and uses these beautiful instruments within workshops, bringing his own unique experience and understanding of them.
