My practice is interdisciplinary, process driven and material focused and work is realised through a synthesis of processes. Current research explores the unseen; the time and space in-between; making the invisible visible; and creating possibilities of what it may look like if we could see the invisible around us. Through drawing, video, projection, sculpture and installation.

I have a diverse background in the creative industries undertaking many different roles; artist, educator, facilitator, leader, collaborator, curator and director. I have worked as a freelance visual artist for the past 23 years on some 100+ socially engaged projects, these projects have included community, public, site specific, commission based and self -initiated art projects. I have worked with local authorities, arts organisations, schools, colleges, universities, museums, galleries, pupil referral units, youth offending teams and on commissions.

I also have a BA (Hons) in Fine Art, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education – Post Compulsory Education and an MA in Contemporary Visual Art.
